Has anybody tried these to help IBS.
Ginger, Peppermint, Anise, Chamomile and Fennel essential oils.
If so. Did they work and did they help you.

I have peppermint oil and Digize from essential oils. I have used the peppermint. A few drops in water helps. I was also told to rub the peppermint and Digize on my stomach. It does work.
