Going to try IBGard. I just use Immodium now.

I have started taking IBGard....I get it on Amazon. I buy 4 packages at a time. I take one every morning with an Imodium. Then I take one alone at noon and another before I go to bed. The IBGard has helped tremendously with the cramping.

I find that sometimes it just does not work. Not sure about long term though

Imodium makes me nauseous and turns my tongue black. So now I have nothing I can take.

I take Pepto Bismol and it seems to work.
