Headaches
Hi I just wondered if anyone else gets bad headaches with IBS especially before your period (if you are a women!) I went to the doctor about it as it is more regular now & she felt it was to do with stress although I don't feel stressed! I used to take paracetamol but she advised me to take ibroprofen so have done that & it is better taking that. When I get a bad headache I feel like I can't concentrate on anything & sometimes just want to sleep as I also get really tired too.
I have had Migraines for years with IBS. I am well past menopause, but I used to get headaches right before my period would come. One weird thing I found that helps with headaches and a light migraine is Advil Cold & Sinus. You have to get it behind the Pharmacy counter because it contains Sudafed. It sounds odd but honestly it really does help with headaches. I also get very fatigued with IBS-D and with my migraines. This disease can be very challenging. Hugs and Prayers Paula!

My State Has Just Legalized Medical Marijuana For The Treatment Of IBS. Has Anyone Tried This And If So, How Did It Work?
