Ibgard worked for me in 2 days. Still have to be careful what you eat. Especially garlic and onions and sauces.. salmon is oily in a good way. Still bothers me.
If you have night flareups take Ibgard around 4 on empty stomach 30 minutes before eating.

My IBS bouts usually happen at night.
Hence very little sleep and much time on the pot. I read about Ibgard some place.
Bought some on eBay. Have to say it has really helped. I take 2 a day. I have the D type.. Ibgard has made me a bit sluggish...but a good salad takes care of it.
Been a lifesaver for me. Google it..
Shop around for it.

I have used it before but it got too hard for me to find so now i use a high potency probiotic and love it

I just bought mine today as well. I have read the reviews it takes couple days to start to work for the mean while your taking ibgard you can't take gas x. I need my gas x. I'm skeptical to use it lol

I have found a combo that has been heavenly sent.
One Trubiotics in morning.
One Livespo Colon in late afternoon.
Has pretty much stopped my D.
Hopefully this combo works for someone else.
I throw an IBguard in there if I have been bad.
