Does anyone have experience with Colestid for someone with mixed IBS, but technically IBS D, spastic colon, and has had their gall bladder removed?

I too go for 2-3 days with IBSC then it’s awful. Loose control. Lots of “accidents”.

My problems started after I had my gall bladder removed. About 10 years now. I have mixed ibs also. I'll go for 4 or 5 days with ibs-c then 3 days with ibs-d, lots of pain.
