I take generic Immodium on work days 2 in morning and 2 at lunch to avoid surprises on work days I only take it as needed on non work days

My friend who is a nutritionist suggested Activated Charcoal and eliminate carbs and sugar for awhile. Her daughter has ulcerative colitis and goes to an alternative dr.

How To Deal With The Terrible Gas Especially In The Evening. I Use Gas But Just One A Day When I Have The Issue.

Weight Gain? Has Anyone Experienced This Even If You Can Barely Eat?
I know personally I retain a lot of fluid during my flare ups. But I've gained and I really don't eat much when I do. I've gain up to 20lbs being sick and all I can do is sleep through it.
