I have a nearly constant tightness where my appendix used to be. Sometimes it hurts like I’m having appendicitis. I’ve had 5 CT’s at its worst pain level over 3 years and they do not find anything! It’s frustrating! I take Bentyl which helps a little. Its effect is variable sometimes working better than other times. Good luck with your situation.

When that happens I take lorazepam which helps a bit

I have a constant pressure in my RLQ. I cannot lie on my right side otherwise the pressure turns to pain. Multiple CT show nothing. It’s frustrating.

Yes. But it can go away. I do burp a lot and relaxing the stomac afterward. Pretty effective in my case. Do that for 30 years now. At least 15 minutes a day. Good luck.
