Discipline to eat and drink in “less than” moderation. Don’t buy anything to be in your house and be really careful at parties.

Definitely NO alcohol, and NO food with dairy. The best thing to do is NOT to eat anything at the parties. Eat beforehand at home.

No consuming of anything that has dairy, caffeine, butter. No consuming of anything spicy, no fruits nor vegetables. No pumpkin pie. Ony try to eat vegan. If there's no vegan, I don't eat anything.
