Listen to your body, learn breathing exercises and meditation(insight timer is great&free) eat small&often, drink liquids in between meals incl herbal teas and warm water with lemon, honey&ginger👌🏻 peppermint tea before bed, green tea v settling also. Exercise v helpful. If you feel dodgy, don’t eat.. fasting can be helpful for some. Don’t become over reliant on medication as they will eventually stop working and are only a short term relief. Find what works for you.
Castor oil massage on tummy can work wonders! 😊

I have found that the best thing you can do for yourself is to just go with the flow sometimes (no pun intended). Try not to obsess over every little thing and try to worry less. I think stress really affects me as much as about anything. I have cut down on some of the medicine I was taking for IBS to only a couple a day and I think that has helped not only my heath by also my pocket book. I find that if I worry less about doing something it helps. Sometime I think it is just mind over matter as they say. But certainly continue to take care of yourself when need be.
