Does Anyone Else Have Issues When They Take Products Like Immodiom For Their IBS-D? I Tend To Have More Gas/bloating When Taking.
I take Immodium, at least a 1/2 or a 1/4 when I need to. My gastroenterologist recommended that . It doesn't paralyze my gut. If I didn't do that, I couldn't go to work.
Hey Im Having A Bad Week With A Lot Of New Symptoms Is This Normal???
Since wednesday lat week (its now monday) i have had constant bad cramps along the bottom of my abdomen on both sides. Can You Take Imodium Every Day?
Not for along time but have a packet in the cupboard in case
I Typically Take Immodium. If Taken Too Often Will It Stop Working Or Will I Have To Keep Taking More For It To Work?
I take Pepto Bismol and it seems to work.

Food After A Flare
once you have had a flare do you eat that day or following day and what do you eat ?
I have no diet as I dunno if anything upsets my stomach I can eat the same things and then some days have a flare cant seem to find a pattern :( but never know what to eat after one usually I go with out food for rest day or following day because to scared to eat :(
I aso have just broth, maybe crackers, applesauce for a couple of days after a flare-up. Certainly nothing else. NO milk or dairy.
What Does Everybody Do Went You Are Having A IBS Attack ?

Hi, I Am So Fed Up Of Having To Rush To Toilet With Diarrhoea, & Not Always Getting There In Time.
I’ve been like this for many years but it’s getting much worse as I’ve got older, I’m now 68 yrs. & have had many accidents during this time. I’m at my wits end as this is controlling my life. I am otherwise fit & healthy

Never used Immodium this way but will sure try that! Messing myself for 25 years..so degrading! Dont know what to eat anymore! Also have gained 15 lbs !!! Ugh!

Feeling Of Having To Move Bowels
Most times, after moving my bowels I have the constant feeling of still having to go. I do go a lot but it takes many bowel movements until the feeling goes away. It is miserable. I am happiest on days when I don’t go at all!
Can anyone else identify with this and is there anything that helps. Thanks.
Mine too. Constipation for almost 2 weeks, and then diarrhea for a week. I suffer from migraine as well. I am afraid I'm going to get fired. 😒
