anyone else struggle with IBS and endometriosis? Recently had a colonoscopy and endoscopy to determine symptoms and investigate. No new huge changes, we've changed my IBS meds, which seemed to help at first. Now I'm having all my symptoms again: bloating after every single meal (like CRAZY bloating), nausea is back, cramps. But I'm unsure if it's my IBS or endometriosis. I've also had surgeries in the past for the endometriosis. I'm just unsure what to do now.
Hi Amber. There may be a correlation with your endometriosis but the bloating, pain, etc after a meal sounds more like IBS since that wouldnt happen with endometriosis. I am so sorry you are… read more

Hi there, I'm new to this group. I have IBS c symptoms. Had anyone tried poopari spray or similar options? It is so embarrassing to have your family or spouse walk into the restroom after having an IBS flare. Any suggestions?
I carry the purse size bottle of poopouri in my pocketbook just in case.

Hi, I've just made my own with 1tsp of rubbing alcohol or vodka 15 drops of essential oil, 1 TSP liquid soap and topped up with boiled water. Shake before use. Much cheaper than commercial variety… read more

Has Anyone Else Tried The Low-FODMAP Diet For IBS-C (NOT IBS-D)? If So, How Did It Go For You??
The diet seems to be really geared towards IBS-D especially from what I can tell. I know when I first tried doing it it helped the bloating, but made everything else worse, because I was following all the low fiber (and often pretty heavy) recipes on Pinterest... not great for constipation or someone whose gut is triggered by heavy foods.
