Being Yourself Is More Than Enough

Members of myIBSteam experience the burden of IBS physically, emotionally, and psychologically. Sometimes we strive to appear healthier than we are to avoid the stigma of IBS. Other times, we experience relief and support from peers who've been in our shoes.

"I'm getting out of the rat race. I'm not hiding my struggles anymore. If I'm tired, I'm going to rest. If I'm uncomfortable at a party, I'm going to go home. Hearing from others with IBS has taught me that I have to prioritize ME." -Member of myIBSteam
