Is This Normal?
Hi all, I am in extreme pain today, every day I feel violently sick and get really bad cramping pains all through my gut, I often have a strange attack which involves me feeling violently sick, then my temperature goes through the roof, the temperature subsides and I get freezing and start shivering and then the pain subsides. I have those attacks I get hot really hot all over then extremely nausea then cool down to freezing but that ends the attack and nasuea mine are panic attacks brought on because of fear of IBS D symptoms/flare not sure but might want to check with doc to see if its a possibility for you
Anxiety and Stress try to meditate or rest flat on your back for an hour or two try to think of positive things I know it’s hard but take time just for you
Have you been checked for other autoimmune diseases.I have lupus as well.Get checked.
I get really bad stomach pains with throwing up what seems to help me is I gave up gluten. If I actually stick with it n don’t cheat i feel a ton better

Do Any Of You Have Lyme Disease Or Have Had It In The Past ? If So Did Your IBS Get Worse When You Had It ?
