Hello. I have ibs-d and aside from bentyl I don't really take anything aside from occasional Imodium. My doctor recommended probiotics and I was wondering if anyone had had any relief with them. If so, what kind? Thanks!

I've had relief with Phillips colon health, but definitely must be taken on a regular basis to be effective
