Yogurt is also dairy and I’m sure they use butter to cook any eggs. I brought my own Country Crick today for my toast!

Oh… didn’t realize it was a dairy issue! Yogurt would not be good !I use almond milk & creamers. Sorry! Going out to eat can be so hard with ibs! We have to be so careful! Bringing our own Country Crock is a good idea.

It must be difficult to find something for breakfast. What about fruit cups or yogurt parfait? Scrambled eggs? Oatmeal?

I rarely eat out anymore. I have too many issues like lactose for one, plus restaurant food just does not agree with me. The only thing i can eat on occasion is a burger and fries. But the burger can only have ketchup, mustard and pickle. Most restaurant food goes thru me. It's just not worth it anymore. I feel bad for my husband. We don't eat in anymore-we go thru drive-thru and sometimes I bring my own lunch like a PB&J sandwich with chips. If i eat one wrong thing, our day is ruined because I am spending all our time running to various store restrooms. IBS-D is so very difficult to live with-but it can be done-I've done this for over 30 years. You take it day by day.
