I’m Wondering If Anyone Suddenly Gets A Panic Attack , A Hot Flash, Nausea, And An Urge To Have A Bowel Movement?
It’s such a terrible feeling. I do have IBS , a panic disorder , and I’m post menopausal.
In any case, I just burp a lot to have breathing room and relaxation. I trick I like, never hold : get emptying air, liquid and s... out as soon as I can.
Yes, I take medication for both panic attacks and IBS. I use them as needed.
