Is it just me or is anyone else tired even after a really goodnights sleep
I wake up exhausted. Want to sleep more but can’t! Want to exercise but am too fatigued.
When I Was Diagnosed With IBS-C, The Doctor Told Me To Take A Probiotic And Miralax Every Day. Does Anyone Else Use Miralax Daily? Thanks
I have not heard of it but I hope it works for you. I use miralax in the morning and drink apple cider at night to help with constipation. Its so frustrating dealing with constipation!
I Have IBS With C Most Of The Time.
I have other conditions , that I have to medicate. Some of them loosens my bowels, but many leave me with chronic constipation. Occasionally, I have a severe urge to defecate, and I'm not near a toilet , I have had accidents. Full dosage Linzess was tried on me , full strength , some years ago. I had severe diarrhea, cramps, nausea. I have recently using prescribed Miralax , colace capsules and senna . They help sometimes.
